Props to the League of Pissed Off Voters
If you tuned in this week and thought the show was better quality than you're getting used to, you'd probably be right.
That's because I'm away in Boston and the League of Pissed of Voters subbed for me.
I'm listening the their show right now to appreciate just how good they are/were.
But I'm in Boston for a good reason.
Oh yes.
I'm here with 70 awesome students from all across the US, and with 20 kick-ass trainers. We're running a program called Change It.
5 days of training in campaign skills, media, messaging, non-violence, strategic planning, mobilizing the grassroots, in short: how to be a smart, effective campaigner. Topped off with inspiring presentations from people who've been doing this for a long time. And winning.
I'll be back next week.
Expect I'll be talking about it.

Mike G (Wiretap music) giving the lowdown on the green side of the music industry
And Fossil Fool will be performing live in the studio and live on the street. He's a pedal-powered MC who livens up the streets of this city with his low-impact rap. Check out his blog.
